What are your service charges?
We charge in 15 minute blocks for our service which is $22 (inc GST). (This does not include any materials/parts that may be required to complete a job.) Our basic price list is available online by clicking here: http://www.australiandigital.tv/pricelist.htm

When can you do my job?
Most jobs booked online are completed within 24 hours of being submitted. Some are even competed on the same day they are booked in. If you require immediate response for a job please call us during our normal operating hours. Job completion times may vary depending on the job type.
What payment types do you accept?
We have a variety of payment options available, so you can choose a payment method to suit your lifestyle. We accept: Cash, Cheques, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard only), Direct Bank Deposit, and PayPal.
What are your trading hours?
Our business operates from 8am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed every Sunday and on public holidays. All bookings via the website can be made 24 hours any day of the week. Phone bookings can only be made during our normal trading hours.

Are you insured and is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes, we are covered by a minimum public liability insurance of $5 million. All works (labour) carried out have a 12 month warranty. Any parts supplied are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty which may vary.
When will the digital switchover be complete in Melbourne VIC?
Melbourne will switch off their analogue signal on 31 December 2013. This means you will need at least a digital set top box to pick up free to air TV.
How many free to air digital TV channels are available?
There
are many free to air digital TV channels available. We have made a
channel list (Melbourne only) available for download as a .PDF file.
The file is always kept up to date and reflects any new or removed
channels.

Why does my digital TV picture break up?
There are many reasons why digital TV picture breaks up. It normally relates to antenna/reception issues. We would really need to measure the signal to assess where the problem exists.
Do I need a new antenna for digital TV?
In most cases a new antenna is not required. However, every situation is different and may require further inspection if there are problems with receiving digital TV channels. We recommend our site testing service to check the signal and inspect the antenna system.
